Your Images and Footage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may use selected work from a project for portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes. If your project is confidential or you’d prefer your images stay private, just let us know before or at the time of booking — no problem at all.
Who We Share It With
We only share your information where necessary to run the business — with service providers like web hosting, cloud storage, payment processing, accounting, or delivery partners. We don’t share it for marketing or third-party commercial use.
How We Protect It
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure — including password protection, restricted access, and reputable digital service providers. No online system is completely foolproof, but we take the responsibility seriously.
How Long We Keep It
We keep records for as long as they’re needed — for service delivery, tax, legal, and insurance purposes. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it.
